We are aware of individuals claiming to be E-Link™ Supply employees, agents or mandatories holding a mandate on our behalf offering our E-Link™ Brand Products for sale. These individuals are not employees or in any way affiliated with E-Link or authorized to conduct business on E-Link's behalf. Any emails with offers or any business dealings outside our 2 official emails: alti and ulin@elinksupply.eu are not valid or have any commercial value. To make their scheme appear authentic, E-Link's logo and business address is used on their contracts, also email accounts were created to mimic our communications and the individuals may provide fraudulent identification documents such as passports.
E-Link™ Supply is not responsible for fraudulent contracts, agreements, or reimbursement of lost funds.
We will only send to you official documents duly signed and accepted from our company through our Corporate email (alti@elinksupply.eu). If you receive a document from our company by any other means, it will not have any commercial validity and the document will not be honoured. E-Link™ Supply does not use private messaging tools such as Gmail, Facebook, WhatsApp or any other website to conduct business, therefore, we are not responsible for any offers received in an inappropriate way or means.
E-Link™ Supply will never ask you for any money in advance. Our payment terms are clearly stated in our website. We work with top banks (names of which are clearly stated on our Contact us page) and the Bank Account name/holder will always be one of our companies names (E-Link Supply UK Ltd, E-Link™ International Supply Chain Ltd. or SM Consulting Ltd.) and not an individual or any other company or sub company.

Websites and social media advertising Products at a discount price should be approached with caution. Individuals claiming to sell these products, often ask for a small percentage of the order to be sent to them up front commonly via wire transfer. Once the money is sent, the funds are usually not recoverable.
