Is Rapeseed Oil Healthy?

Rapeseed oil is widely used around the world. It's famous for its affordability and versatility as a cooking oil and is commonly found in salad dressings, fried foods, and baked goods.

Rapeseed oil is naturally low in saturated fat and high in unsaturated fat, which is excellent for your health.

It's an excellent source of vitamin E — a strong antioxidant, which can support eye and skin health.

Rapeseed oil is also a great source of an omega-3 fat known as alpha-linolenic acid, which provides numerous heart health benefits like lower blood pressure and a decreased likelihood of heart attack.

High in omega-6 fats, rapeseed oil can also support overall health. However, an excess of omega-6 can lead to some inflammation in the body. Fortunately, you can find a balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fats at a 1:2 ratio in rapeseed oil, which experts believe is ideal.

Benefits of Rapeseed Oil

Versatility. You can use it for roasting, frying, deep-fat frying, baking, marinades, dipping, drizzling, and sauces.

High cooking temperature. Rapeseed oil has a high smoke point, which means it won't burn until about 400 degrees F. That makes it a good choice for frying mushrooms or roasting vegetables.

The commodity shall be as per Inspection Certificate issued by SGS at the port of loading, conforming to the following International Standards and specifications.

SALE PROCEDURE

1. The Buyer will send the LOI by email to   alti@elinksupply.eu

2. The seller sends the FCO against the LOI

3. The buyer will send the signed FCO and ICPO with the complete bank details and proof of funds (POF) or RWA via swift MT199 ( Bank to Bank )

4. The seller will send a draft of the contract and a draft of SBLC

5. Within 48-72 hours, the buyer will review, sign and seal the contract and return it to the seller.

6. The seller will be providing the buyer with the agreed draft of SBLC.

7. The buyer will confirm the draft SBLC in accordance with the SPA and return it to the seller.

8. The seller will confirm the draft SBLC and send the 12 proforma invoices to the buyer. (In case of Spot buy it will be 1 invoice against 1 SBLC)

9. Within 3 banking days, the buyer's bank will send via mt799 RWA to the seller's bank

10. Buyer's bank will issue and send MT760 / SBLC to seller's bank.

11. Within 7-10 banking days after receiving MT760 / SBLC, the full POP, and the 2% PB will be send to buyer.

12. A 1% PB will be sent as confirmation via MT bank to bank

13. The contract starts running

14. Payment will be released by MT103 after SGS at Departure port.
